Refund and Cancellation Policy

Important: Please read this policy carefully before purchasing our hosting services. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures.

1. Money-Back Guarantee

LigerHost.in offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all shared hosting plans. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of purchase, you may request a full refund of your hosting fees.

Conditions:

  • The refund request must be made within 30 days of the initial purchase
  • Only hosting fees are refundable (domain registrations, SSL certificates, and other add-ons are non-refundable)
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds

2. Refund Processing

Refund requests must be submitted through our support ticket system or by email to admin@ligerhost.in. Include your account details and reason for the refund request.

Processing Time:

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Domain name registrations and renewals
  • SSL certificates
  • Dedicated servers and VPS plans
  • Any add-on services purchased
  • Services purchased during promotional periods unless otherwise stated

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your hosting account at any time. Cancellations must be requested through our billing department.

Cancellation Process:

  1. Submit a cancellation request via email to admin@ligerhost.in or through your client area
  2. Include your account details and reason for cancellation
  3. We will confirm your cancellation request within 24 hours

Important Notes:

  • Cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days before your next billing cycle to avoid automatic renewal
  • All account data will be permanently deleted upon cancellation
  • Pre-paid services are non-refundable after the money-back guarantee period

5. Late Payments

Accounts with overdue payments will be suspended after 7 days and terminated after 30 days of non-payment. Terminated accounts cannot be restored and all data will be permanently deleted.

6. Policy Changes

LigerHost.in reserves the right to modify this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately.
